Communications ...

A highly critical phase of the process is the communication link with the client and the Asian supply chain. The system described above provides superior communication with English speaking customer service staff.  Communication with our Asian staff is available virtually 24/7.

 

Shipping ...

Provides logistics for shipment to the client.  U.S. Customs clearance can be provided if the client does not already work with a Customs broker.

 

Vendor Visits ...

An often overlooked part of the production process, at SGI we encourage clients to go to Taiwan, China or whereever their maker is located, to observe their products during the manufacturing process.  Visits will always be arranged upon request.

 

Product Rejections/Corrections ...

If product arrives and is not acceptable, then Source Global, Inc. and/or our client have not done their job correctly.  With sign-offs and approvals required before and along the manufacturing process, final inspection rejections are minimal.  If they occur, the root cause is identified and corrective action reports are implemented.  If rejections occurred upon receipt by the client, liability will be determined.  If SGI is liable, replacements will be provided at no charge to the client.

 

Purchase order status reports ...

Weekly order updates are made available to supplement emails exchanged daily.  These reports are designed so the client knows the ship status of every purchase order.
